By downloading, installing, or using DailyBudget ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DailyBudget is a personal finance management application that allows you to track expenses, manage budgets, set savings goals, track subscriptions, and plan debt payoff. The app is available as a free version with advertisements and as a premium subscription (DailyBudget Pro) with additional features.

3. Account & Data

DailyBudget does not require account registration. All financial data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the accuracy of the data you enter.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Version: The app is free to download and use with basic features. Free users will see advertisements.
• DailyBudget Pro: Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly plans).
• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Subscription Prices

• Weekly: $0.99/week (with 3-day free trial)
• Monthly: $2.99/month
• Yearly: $19.99/year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The current price will always be displayed in the app before purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal finance management purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features, including ad removal without a valid subscription
• Distribute, license, or sell the app or its content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DailyBudget, including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, and code, are owned by DailyBudget and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyBudget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is a budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyBudget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial decisions made based on information provided by the app.

10. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, OS updates, or app deletion. We recommend using the export feature regularly to back up your data.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
